1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service apply to Mint DJ & Event Group (“Mint,” “we,” “us”), a business of Mint DJ Events LLC, and to your use of mintdjevents.com, our client planning portal, our online forms and our text messages. By using any of them, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Our services and your event agreement

Mint provides DJ, emcee, sound, lighting, photo booth and related event entertainment services. Every booked event is covered by a written service agreement that sets out the date, services, price, deposit, payment schedule and cancellation terms. If anything in these terms conflicts with your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls.

3. Quotes, bookings and payments

Quotes and proposals are valid until the date shown on them. A date is reserved only when your agreement is signed and your deposit is paid.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are due as shown on your agreement and invoices.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.

4. Using our website and portal

You agree to give accurate information, keep any login details private, and not misuse our website or portal, for example by trying to access other clients’ information, interfering with the site, or sending unlawful or abusive content.

5. Our content

The text, photos, videos, logos and other content on our website belong to Mint or the people who licensed them to us, including the photographers we credit. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

6. SMS Terms

Program. Mint DJ & Event Group sends text messages to clients, prospective clients and our event staff about inquiries, bookings, appointments and events.

Messages you may receive. Replies to your questions, follow-ups about your inquiry and proposal, booking confirmations, appointment and event reminders, planning and payment reminders, and day-of schedule updates. Event staff also receive scheduling and availability messages.

How you opt in. You agree to receive text messages when you check the SMS consent box on our inquiry form, book a call or appointment online and accept the text message notice, text us first, or ask us to text you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking or purchasing any service.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and event, typically a few messages per month and more in the week of your event.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt back in by replying START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share or sell your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

Our website and portal are provided “as is.” We work to keep them accurate and available, but we do not guarantee they will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mint is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, portal or text messages. Our responsibilities for your event are set out in your signed agreement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold Mint harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of our website or portal or your violation of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Centre County, Pennsylvania.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use our website, portal or text messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
